Information we collect

When you submit a featured-listing application, we collect the information you provide in that form, which may include:

• Listing request details and your relationship to the business
• Business name, public address, business phone, website, services, languages, credentials, and listing description
• Applicant contact name, work email, and phone number

We may also collect basic technical and security logs needed to operate the site and prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use application information to verify the business, evaluate the request, communicate with the applicant about the application, and maintain accurate directory listings. If you provide a phone number on the application, we may contact you by call or text message about that application. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell applicant contact information. Applications are sent through Web3Forms so we can receive them by email.

Google Maps content

Ratings, reviews, reviewer attribution, and related place information may be provided by Google Maps Platform. Google’s handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Review content links back to its source on Google Maps.

Third-party links

Profiles may link to business websites, map providers, and third-party review services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Retention and requests

We retain application records only as reasonably needed for verification and directory management. A working privacy-request email will be added before public launch. More detail on how listings and sponsorship work is available on our How we rank page.
